For group sizes of one, two, and sometimes three people, costa rica shuttle transportation service is a convenient and economical way to travel. However, depending on group size, private transport may offer a better price per person and a more flexible departure time.

For nearly all the shuttle transportation routes, there is at least one stop along the way where passengers can stretch, use the facilities, and get a snack. In most cases, shuttle transport provides door-to-door service between Costa Rica Hotels in the main tourist destinations, picking passengers up at hotels in the starting destination and dropping them off at hotels in the final destination.

However, sometimes a particular hotel is located outside the area’s main hotel zone, and the shuttle will not provide this door-to-door service. In these cases, a taxi can take you and your group to the shuttle transportion pick-up or your final hotel stop.

Reservation Procedure

In order to confirm full payment or deposit is required in order to guarantee the service availability of one transportation service or various transports you most filled the ground transportation service form (private or shared shuttle) For more info or direct info by phone click on free assistance and fill the contact form.

If you proceed we will send you the service contract for review, if approved we will proceed to send you the service invoice and the service confirmation form once  this is filled and complete we will send you the vouchers for the services …Note no extra cost for flight delays if on the same date. The airport representative will be at the airport exit gate with a company board with your name on it to show you the way to you vehicle and driver.

SERVICE POLICIES
Airport Transfer In/Out & Regular Shuttle
-CRTTE BIOTRANS/Interbus reserves the right to add a fuel surcharge to the published rates.
– Modification notified with more than 48 hours prior to departure = no modification charge.
– Date modification notice with less than 48 hours prior to departure will be penalized according the cancellation policies.
– Cancellation notice with more than 48 hours prior to departure = no cancellation charge..
– Cancellation notice with less than 48 hours prior to departure including last minutes reservations (services booked within 48 hours) = 100% cancellation charge.
– No show = 100% cancellation charge.
– 10 minutes maximum waiting time at pickup.
– Each passenger is allowed one carry-on and one item of luggage. The carry-on must stay with the passenger at all times, while the luggage item will be tagged and placed in the luggage compartment. Interbus will not be responsible for loss or damage to carry-on items left unsupervised by the passenger. This includes carry-on items incorrectly stored with the luggage.
– Transportation of additional luggage, or large items are not included in the price and must be arranged ahead of time with Interbus. Each extra luggage will be charged, according to the rate existing.
– Surfboards are not transported.
– Pets will not be transported.
– Seeing-eye dogs accompanied by their owner are allowed.
– In case of legal disputes between both parts (passenger interbus) both agree to follow the alignment of legal jurisdiction of Costa Rica’s Republic.
– All transfers include a 15 minute rest stop. This stop may be a connection point or may involve a change of vehicle depending on the route.

Limitation of Liability Policy. Cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to departure will be considered a “no-show;” therefore, no refunds will be made. Baggage. Baggage is carried under passenger’s risk. Liability for loss, delay, or damage to baggage is limited to a maximum of USD $ 100.00, regardless of the value for it’s owner, unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional charges are paid. We assume no liability for fragile, valuable or perishable articles. Adventure Activities. When practicing adventure activities, and/or visiting wilderness areas or other places where the tour enters or takes place, the tour participant attests and verifies to be physically fit and in good health to undertake these activities. The tour participant expressly accepts and assumes the risks and dangers inherent to these areas and activities. Accidents. Liability for death or personal injuries to passengers is limited to contract conditions with suppliers and insurance coverage subscribed by the company, according to the laws of Costa Rica, in effect at the moment of the accident.
