If you proceed we will send you the secured service confirmation form ,  once  this is filled and complete we will send you the vouchers for the services …Note no extra cost for flight delays if on the same date. The airport representative will be at the airport exit gate with a company board with your name on it to show you the way to you vehicle and driver.

Terms and Conditions

This terms and conditions can only be changed by  the previous approval of the company CEO and the Client mutual agreement.

Transportation reservations:

From $50 to $100 depending on the destination non-refundable deposit is required  to begin making reservations after agreement on the services the services to provide or 50% of the transfers if is more $100. Bookings including travel dates from Dec 16 to Jan 10 and for Easter week require payment in full within 7 days of confirmation and are non-refundable. 

Client  Advantages:  If the reservation confirmation is made, this will guarantee the vehicle availability and the rate given on our reply to your quote request.Even if there is a fuel price increased the rate given will stay the same as the day it was reserved.

Cancellation Policy:

Biotrans Transportation Costa Rica reserves the right to cancel any reservation which could affect the company in any way (libel / slander, economical loss, or any other).

Rights to refunds if you change or cancel your reservation are limited. The following fees apply:

• 30 to 15 days prior arrival in C.R.- $100 plus all penalties & costs of operations.

• 14 to 7 days prior arrival in C.R. – 50% of tour plus all penalties & costs

• 6 days prior arrival in C.R. – NO REFUND 

• Bookings from Dec 16 to Jan 10 and for Easter Week are non-refundable. 

All penalty fees are applicable above and beyond any air ticket cost. Cancellations must be received in writing. No refunds will be made for unused travel services, nor is the price or value exchangeable for alternative services. 

Late bookings:

Biotrans Transportation Costa Rica does take late bookings but they should be paid as soon as the reservations are confirmed. 

Rates for transportation only are subject to change without notice if there are close roads since might have to use alternative routes to be taken according to the client needs. 

Insurance:

We have all the transportation accident full coverage, still we recommend that travelers purchase their own short-term travel insurance covering baggage loss, accident/life and trip cancellations. This is available through many travel agencies and through leading insurance companies. 

Payment:

In order to provide the utmost security to all parties involved payments are accepted by  cash , credit card or wire transfer only. Payments from banks outside of the United States require payment by bank draft in U.S. dollars. Expenses for wire transfers commissions are not covered by Biotrans Costa Rica Travel Site.

The Client should follow the company policies if want to reserve the service.

Baggage. Baggage is carried under passenger’s risk. Liability for loss, delay, or damage to baggage is limited to a maximum of USD $ 100.00, regardless of the value for it’s owner, unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional charges are paid. We assume no liability for fragile, valuable or perishable articles. Adventure Activities. When practicing adventure activities, and/or visiting wilderness areas or other places where the tour enters or takes place, the tour participant attests and verifies to be physically fit and in good health to undertake these activities. The tour participant expressly accepts and assumes the risks and dangers inherent to these areas and activities. Accidents. Liability for death or personal injuries to passengers is limited to contract conditions with suppliers and insurance coverage subscribed by the company, according to the laws of Costa Rica, in effect at the moment of the accident.

The quote provided is completely private and only applicable to the customer with this quote form request.

The quote rate provided on our reply is for a 24 hour limited time offer, starting from the moment the service quote is replied to the client.If the reservation confirmation for this quote  is not completed within this time frame ,then a new request may have to be made.This has to do with availability of vehicles and global fuel rate constantly  changing.
